How long does it take to recieve an order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48hrs on weekdays. Orders received on a weekend at typically sent the following Monday. Please note that times are from the date of dispatch, and not the date of order placement.

How are orders sent?

Orders are usually sent by Royal Mail unless courier is required (cost dependant on size of order) orders usually take 3 to 4 days to be received after dispatch.

Where can orders be sent to?

We currently only process orders within the United Kingdom. However, we can arrange International orders, please contact us at toni@catcharainbow.co.uk for shipping costs.

What happens if the items I want are not available?

Sometimes, it is possible that items requested are unavailable, or on back order. In such a situation, we will send the items that are available, and backorder the remaining items. You will not be charged additional delivery costs if the order is split.

What happens if something is missing from my order?

All orders are checked prior to being sent. If an item is missing when you receive the order, please contact us with 24 hours of reciept

Return policy

Can I return items?

We provide a general 15-day return policy on all items if you are not completely satisfied. Unfortunately, if items have been used or packaging destroyed the items will be non-refundable. In case of a return, please contact us and obtain a RMA number, prior to sending the items. Please note, all items returned must be unused and in original packing. A restocking charge of 15% is applicable, and you are responsible for all delivery costs.
